Yes. All our care centres provide round the clock 24-hours nursing service running on hospital based 3-shifts a day.
Yes. All our nurses are fully qualified nurses who are registered with the Malaysia Ministry of Health.
If the resident is brought to our care centre directly from the hospital, please request the attending doctor to provide the next of kin with a Discharge Summary. A Discharge Summary tells us what the patient was treated for at the hospital, the medication instruction and any special care instructions given by the doctor.
This document is very important for us to understand the condition of the resident upon admission into our care centre, and helps us to manage the resident’s condition and to observe any symptoms or side effects present in the resident. This observation will be communicated to the next of kin immediately so that the attending doctor is kept updated regarding any deterioration of his patient’s condition and speedy medical action can be taken to help the resident.
In cases where the resident was staying at home before being admitted into our eldercare centre, we shall strongly advise the next of kin to bring the resident to a physician for assessment before admission to our centre.
Alternatively, our Staff Nurses shall also conduct a physical check of the resident upon admission, and observe the patient for 72hrs. Our Staff Nurse shall make a recommendation to the next of kin to bring the resident to a doctor immediately if we observe any medical abnormalities present in the resident.
Yes. All our eldercare centres includes laundry service as part of the monthly package service. Laundry is not included in day care service.
No. Residents or their next of kin must provide us with the medication as some medications require the doctor’s prescription and must be calculated properly for the correct dosage based on the resident’s health condition.
No problem. Once the resident has a doctor’s prescription list, we would be able to assist you to order the medication from the pharmacy and get it delivered to our care centre. The next of kin can make the payment for the medication directly with the pharmacy. This is our special hassle-free service for our residents.
The eldercare centre shall be supplying these items to the resident on a charge-per-use basis. An itemized invoice for the usage of such items shall be prepared and given to the resident at the end of the month for payment.
